EXPERIENCE

Thirty five years of experience providing IP counselling to clients ranging from individual inventors to Fortune 500 companies.  Experience includes:

  • performing patentability, validity and freedom-to-operate studies, preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the U.S. and internationally in the biotechnology, biochemical, pharmaceutical, chemical, mechanical, electronic and software fields;
  • drafting and prosecuting trademark and copyright applications;
  • assisting with litigation, negotiation and licensing of IP rights; and
  • counseling clients.

 Prior legal experience included product liability and criminal litigation.
